1. On this site, all goods available and advertised are subject to availability. We will with best intentions
endeavor to supply you with what was ordered, if for any reason this is not achievable you will be notified
by email as soon as possible.
2. If a product for any reason can not be supplied you will not be charged. However, we will endeavor to fulfill you order, and you will be notified if there are any delays or if we are unable to do so. If for any reason, due to our failure to supply an item, we will not be responsible for any damages or losses that you may incur due to this failure to supply.
3. If for any reason we do not accept your order, we will notify you of this at our earliest convenience.
4. Orders will only be accepted from individuals over the age of 18.
5. To complete your order we require you to provide us with any information that we request. Goods will be
supplied as instructed by the information you provide for us.
6. When placing an order with us, you are confirming that you have had an eye test performed by an optometrist
within the last 2 years, and that these details have been inputted correctly into the appropriate sections provided.
Please contact us if you have any concerns in regards to inputting your data.
7. You will provide us with your PD (pupillary distance), which can be obtained through the optometrist that
tests your eyes, and is highly recommended. However, if this is not provided an appropriate average PD will
be used to finalize your order. The average is 65mm for single vision distance and bifocal lenses, or 62mm
for single vision reading lenses.
8. We will provide you with your order provided that they are not to be re-sold.
9. Your order will not be processed until payment has been finalized.
10. Once your order is submitted, it is not able to be cancelled, unless you have notified us of the cancellation
before the lenses are manufactured. If the lenses have been manufactured you will be liable for the cost of
the lenses.
11. Payments as stated on the website only accepted.
12. Once you have received your order and you have inspected your order, you will need to contact us within
5 day of any problems with the order. If there is any problem please refrain from using the goods until it is
rectified, and contact us. If we are not notified of any problems within this period of time we will not be held
responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer.
13. We will endeavor to deliver your goods within 28 days, however if you do not receive them, without prior
discussions from us as to a delay, then you must, within 40 days from placing your order, write to us to
notify of your non-delivery, otherwise your order will be deemed as having been delivered.
14. We make no guarantee that the products purchased on this website will meet your requirements.
15. This process is a legally binding contract, and you will need to be a person able to accept this contract. |
